Direct Care Workers
Job Description: Good interpersonal relationship and communication skills, maturity, good judgment and ability to handle confidential information. Responsible for all aspects of resident care as well as routine maintenance of the residence. High school diploma/GED and driver's license required. First Aid/CPR, PMT, medication certification trainings offered. Must be physically able to assist participants with lifting, using approved adaptive equipment, using approved physical restraint techniques.
