Employment Services

Network, Inc.’s Employment Services program provides supports to individuals in the community working with them to develop valuable work skills and assist with employment issues in order to maintain competitive employment. Staff assist participants with obtaining and retaining employment, including looking at job postings, filling out job applications, and preparing for and/or attending interviews. They also help participants with any employment-related decisions including making benefit choices. In addition, they assist with submitting requests for vacations and any other paperwork. Staff may attend orientation meetings, trainings, and re-trainings, providing invaluable support to the person with whom they are working.  Network job sites have included places like True-Value, Foxwoods, Kohl’s, and Shop-Rite.
