Our Services

Community Living Arrangements

Our network of CLAs  includes 21 homes located throughout Connecticut, giving our residents options for where to live based on convenience to family members or individual preference. The family atmosphere in Network’s homes gives residents the sense of belonging everyone deserves. Whether helping a resident celebrate a birthday or decorating their home, staff deepen their relationship with residents in mutually-enriching ways. Staff respond to all daily needs of residents such as: assisting with hygiene, medication administration and medical assistance, preparing meals, assist with personal hygiene and providing transportation. Residents and staff partake in outings any family would enjoy. These settings are staffed 24/7 and are integrated into suburban neighborhoods. Our three medical model homes employ on-site nursing around the clock.

Day Services Options

Grounded in the belief that each person has unique abilities, Network’s Manchester, Andover and Dayville Day Programs encourage personal expression and growth on multiple levels. Our day programs are designed to keep participants engaged at a creative, educational, and social level. The broad scope of activities available from gardening, baking, literary skills, massage therapy, sensory stimulation, outings to local museums and many more, ensures there is something for everyone. We strive to create programs that are diverse and well-rounded. We play to the strengths of our participants' skills, while creating a safe and supportive environment to try new things to try new things. Our Manchester Program offers a full time on site LPN to provide care and qualified intervention for those who have extensive medical needs

Individual Home Support

Everyone values independence, and individuals living on their own in this program are no exception. They wish to develop their unique talents and abilities. Network staff help them set personal goals and reach milestones. We strive to find just the right fit with our support staff and our IHS participants.  As mentors who share life experiences, staff develop close connections with participants. They teach life skills such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting and fire safety. Staff also provide transportation for medical and recreational purposes.

There are often group activities at our IHS office in Dayville.
